Privacy Policy for Topple Cat!
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Topple Cat! ("the game") is published by Abs Hanna ("we", "us"), based in Queensland, Australia. This policy explains what information is collected when you play the game, who collects it and the choices you have.
The short version
- The game has no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts or photos.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device.
- The game is free and shows ads. Our advertising partner, Google, collects some device and usage information to show and measure those ads.
- You choose whether ads may be personalised, and you can change your mind at any time.
Information we collect ourselves
We don't collect or receive any personal information on our own servers. The game has no sign-up, and we don't run a server that stores player data.
The following stays on your device and is never sent to us:
- your progress, coins, boosters, cat outfits and settings;
- the pictures you've completed and your daily streaks;
- a record of which purchases the game has already delivered.
Deleting the game deletes this information.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads through Google AdMob, including banner, full-screen, rewarded and app-open ads. To deliver ads, limit how often you see them, measure their performance and prevent fraud, Google's software in the game may collect:
- device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA), but only if you allow tracking;
- your IP address, which shows your approximate (not precise) location;
- information about your device, such as model, operating system, language and network type;
- how you interact with the ads and with the game, plus crash and performance information.
Google acts as an independent controller of this information. You can read how Google uses it at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and in Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Your advertising choices
- Tracking permission. The first time you play, iOS asks whether the game may track you. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier isn't shared and you'll see non-personalised ads. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and some US states). Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before showing ads. You can review or change that choice at any time under Settings → Privacy Options inside the game.
- Apple's settings. You can turn off personalised ads from Apple in **Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising**.
Buying "Remove Ads" removes banner, full-screen and app-open ads. Optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch stay available.
In-app purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment card details. Apple tells the game which items were bought so it can deliver them. Apple's privacy policy is at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders (for example, about the daily puzzle) on your device. These are created locally; we don't send them from a server and we don't collect a notification token. You can turn them off in your device's Settings.
Children
The game is suitable for a general audience, but it isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we'll help.
How long information is kept
Information saved on your device stays until you delete the game. Information collected by Google is kept according to Google's own retention policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to how it's used. Because we don't hold personal information about players, requests about advertising data should go to Google using the links above. You can contact us with any question and we'll help where we can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game changes. We'll post the new version at this address and update the date at the top.
